Custom Print Production and Delivery:

Every effort is made to deliver your custom print order as soon as possible. In most cases, orders should be delivered within 3-4 weeks however during the busy Spring and Fall seasons it may take a bit longer. If you require your order sooner, please contact us directly to expedite your order. Rush charges are billed at 20% of the order total.

Album Production and Delivery:

Production and delivery of your heirloom album typically takes 3-5 months. Layouts and print selections will be presented to you for your approval prior to final production. Two revisions at no charge are are included with your heirloom album. Further revisions are billed at $150.00 per revision.

Christmas print orders: 

All print orders must be received by December 1st to guarantee production and delivery for Christmas.

Custom print prices:

Prices for custom prints are adjusted periodically as our production costs dictate. We will honor the price level that your contract was signed under with in two years of your wedding date. Please remind us if there has been a significant change from your contract level.
